1949 LAND ROVER SERIES ONE 80”

This 1949 Land Rover Series One 80” spend 73 years on a farm in Australia, which was the perfect candidate for a restoration. The chassis was completely solid with the original silver paint on it from the factory. Painted in RAF Blue/Grey; this gem of a truck comes with its original 1.6l gasoline motor, 4-speed manual transmission, with Roamerdrive overdrive. Comes with a factory hardtop, full soft top, and surrey top. Door tops are also included (not shown in photos). We installed new Michelin XZL 7.50 tires on Series 16” steel wheels (original period correct riveted rim and 6.00 tires included). These very rare “lights behind the grill” Land Rover Series One 80” will be hard to come by again as these original early Land Rovers keep getting harder to find.

DEFENDER 110 HCPU 1-TON

This Brooklyn Coachworks built Land Rover Defender 110 HCPU 1-Ton is one special vehicle. We wanted to pay homage to the Land Rover Series 109 1-Ton which was a very rare and very large, heavy-duty version of the Series 109. We wanted to build a Defender that Land Rover would have offered if they kept the 1-Ton model going. First, we needed to fit genuine Salisbury 1-ton front and rear axles with ARB air lockers and heavy duty axle shafts. The original Series 109 1-Ton came with special deep-dish 16” steel wheels fitted with 9.00R16 (36”) tires. We sourced the same Series 109 1-Ton deep-dish 569203 wheels and fitted Michelin XZL 11.00R16 (38”) tires. If we were going to pay homage to the most heavy-duty Land Rover, then we needed to build the largest, most heavy-duty Land Rover Defender. Move over Spector and Bigfoot.
