One of the first things you notice about this 840 is how unique and exciting the front of the car is compared to other BMW designs. The German manufacturer gave this quintessential grand tourer a small grille and flip-up headlights. These details give the car a sleek jet-like look.

There were a couple of different engines offered on the 840. This one comes with the 4.4-liter M62B44 V-8 engine, which produces 282 horsepower. It is driven by a 5-speed automatic transmission with less than 49,000 miles.

BMW only produced slightly over 3,000 models with this engine. The 90s options are abundant inside, including heated leather seats, a cassette player and a 6-CD changer in the trunk, automatic air conditioning, traction control, and a moonroof. The only thing upgraded on this car is the wheels, which have been changed to the sought-after Alpina wheels.
